Car radio hacking - for *FREE*!

It's all about simple I2C- and SPI-programming, you know? No real magic (at least in the cheaper ones).
Same goes for "unlocking" phones. Example: Some DeTeWe DECT phone. after installing an I2C-sniffer (Cheapi2c-like device, but selfbuilt), the remaining task was easy.


It's the same thing for car radios. You might find SPI devices here, too. If you have luck, you'll find a codefree EEPROM-content in the internet - if you don't have any luck, you just find dialers and guys who want to make money with your pain. Don't trust them! Just grab an I2C-sniffer or programmer, and do it by yourself.
